- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 2/3 c. cold water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. white corn syrup
Directions

1Soften gelatine in water over top of double boiler.

2Place over boiling water and stir gelatine until dissolved.

3Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

4Put corn syrup in large mixing bowl; pour hot gelatine mixture over the syrup and beat until thick (about 15 minutes).

5Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla.

6Store in 1-quart wide-mouth jars in refrigerator.

7Spoon out as needed.
