  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 12 marshmallows
  • 1 egg white

Directions

    Boil sugar and water to a thin syrup.

    Press 12 marshmallows into the syrup, but do not stir.

    Beat 1 egg white (thick) and when marshmallows are melted, beat into the egg white.
