  • 1/2 c. water
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. ground coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Leave beaters in the whites for now.
