- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Wipe fish with damp cloth.

2Place fish in greased shallow baking pan, having covered bottom of dish with bread crumbs.

3Mix remaining 6 ingredients and pour over fish.

4Garnish with paprika and bake at 450° for 10 to 20 minutes.
