  • 4 oz marshmallows
  • 1 lb icing sugar
  • 4 oz butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions

    sift icing sugar into bowl.

    make a well in it.

    put the other ingredients into a pan and melt until smooth.

    pour mixture into well and mix
  5. 5
    spread evenly into a shallow dish lined with grease proof paper and greased.

    leave to set in fridge for 3 hours.
  7. 7
    cut into 36+ pieces.
