Marshmallow Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 average size peaches
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 pie shell, cooled

Directions

    In double boiler, heat marshmallows and milk until melted. Dice peaches and pour sugar over the top of them.

    Stir and let stand until juicy.

    When marshmallow mixture is cool and a little thick, fold in the peaches and whipped cream.

    Pour into baked, cooled pie shell.

    Chill until firm.
