- 6 slices cubed bread (soft)
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 4 oz. sharp grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown pork and drain, then crumble into 13 x 9-inch baking dish along with 6 slices of cubed bread.

2Beat eggs, along with 2 cups milk.

3Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.

4Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6You can also add mushrooms, green peppers or bacon or ham instead of sausage.
