- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. catsup and tomato juice, mixed
- 1/4 lb. pork sausage
- 10 cabbage leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. tomato juice
Directions

1Add all ingredients, except tomato juice and cabbage, to the meat.

2Wilt the cabbage leaves in hot water.

3Place the meat mixture in the cabbage leaves, fasten with a toothpick and put in a baking pan.

4Pour tomato juice over stuffed cabbage.

5Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 30 minutes to two hours.
