- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
- 2 c. beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large skillet, slowly brown the garlic and onions in olive oil; stir and cook until tender.

2Raise heat, add meat and cook until done.

3Add all other ingredients.

4Cover and reduce heat.

5Cook about 45 minutes more.
