  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
  • sprinkling of salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sifted cake flour

    Pour cherries into saucepan; crush.
