  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 12 cup wheat germ
  • 12 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 14 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 12 teaspoons ground saigon cinnamon

  • 23 cup pure maple syrup (or less)
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoon maple extract
