  • 2 lb. ground round
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can chunky tomato sauce (reserve 1/2 can for topping)
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and place in a loaf pan.

    Cover with reserved tomato sauce and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    This will slice easier if allowed to cool.
