  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. one or more of the following: parsley, oregano, marjoram, minced onion, tarragon, paprika or 1 tsp. dill weed or basil

    Melt butter; add lemon peel and juice, blending well.

    Add seasonings to taste.

    Keep warm while preparing vegetables.
