- 1 lb. fresh baby carrots
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. white raisins
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook carrots over medium heat for 8 minutes in 1 cup water, covered, after bringing to a boil.

2Place carrots in a 1-quart baking dish.

3Stir in all the ingredients.

4Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until carrots are tender.
