  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 green peppers, cut small
  • 2 tsp. chili peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bags red kidney beans
  • 1 large onion, cut small
  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes

Directions

    Soak beans overnight.

    Saute green peppers and onion.

    Brown hamburger and place in crock-pot.

    Start at night on High for 1 hour, then on low all night.

    Add chili powder and tomatoes and then cook on high until tender.
