  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 pkg. egg dumpling noodles

Directions

    Saute onion and celery and add to hamburger mixture.

    Cook noodles in salted water until done; drain and add to meat mixture. Put in casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Can be eaten before baking.

    This dish freezes very well.

    One small green pepper can be added with the onion and celery.

    Serves 8 to 10 normal appetites.
