- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. egg dumpling noodles
Directions

1Saute onion and celery and add to hamburger mixture.

2Cook noodles in salted water until done; drain and add to meat mixture. Put in casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.

3Can be eaten before baking.

4This dish freezes very well.

5One small green pepper can be added with the onion and celery.

6Serves 8 to 10 normal appetites.
