  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • dash of garlic
  • dash of salt
  • dash of chili powder
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • grated Cheddar cheese (enough to cover top)

Directions

    Brown ground chuck and drain. Cook noodles as directed and drain. Saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.

    Add all ingredients together and pour in casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
