  • 2 lb cleaned & devained shrimp
  • 4 diced cucumbers
  • 6 roma tomatoes
  • 1 diced purple onion
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • 1 bottle ketchup 20oz
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp tajin seasoning
  • 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 6 limes
  • 1 avocados
  • 1 tapatio hot sauce

    start by boiling the shrimp for about 7 minutes.

    let cool completely by putting in fridge or freezer.

    don't throw juice you will be using all the stock.

    chop all veggies however you desire.

    sprinkle with all seasoning and add to a oversized bowl.

    now add in all your shrimp and shrimp stock make sure its cold, add in ketchup, hot sauce and squeeze in all lime juice.

    taste for seasonings.

    serve with crackers, chips or tostada shells, and you can top with avocados.
