  • 1/4 lb. finely ground, blanched almonds
  • 1/4 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; knead smooth.

    Paste can be softened with a very little amount of lemon juice if it is too stiff.

    Let stand covered 24 hours before using.

    When ready to use, form into desired shapes.
