  • 1 qt. mashed potatoes (about 12 large potatoes)
  • 1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. grated Colby cheese

Directions

    Peel and cut up potatoes.

    Cook until tender.

    Mash the potatoes.

    Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
