- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 10 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chives
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Peel and cube potatoes; cook until tender.

2Place cooked potatoes in mixing bowl; beat together with cream cheese until smooth.

3Mix in remaining ingredients.

4Pour mixture into lightly buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

5Place casserole in refrigerator; let marinate overnight.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
