- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- parsley (optional)
- paprika (optional)
Directions

1Peel and cook potatoes.

2Drain.

3Beat cream cheese in mixer. Add butter and seasonings.

4Add potatoes.

5Beat until fluffy.

6Add half and half.

7When all is mixed, put in casserole dish.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

9Sprinkle with parsley and paprika, if desired.

10May be frozen.
