- 5 lb. potatoes
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half or sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes until done and drain off water.

2Add half and half and beat or mash until smooth.

3Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

4Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6(Will keep for a week.)

7Dot with margarine.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
