- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can green chili peppers (2)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix corn, milk, oil and eggs; add dry ingredients.

2Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Pour 1/2 batter.

4Spread half of the peppers and cheese, then repeat process.

5Bake 45 minutes at 400°.
