  • 8 to 10 cooked potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Beat potatoes until smooth.

    Add cubed cream cheese.

    Whip. Add garlic salt and 1 cup sour cream.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole; dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or may be put in the deep freeze and warmed in microwave.
