  • 8 - 10 Peeled Potatoes (fewer If Very Large)
  • 8 ounces, fluid Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cups Sour Cream
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cut potatoes into pieces and boil in salted water until easily pierced with a fork. Drain. Mash and blend with other ingredients. Enjoy!

    Also very good with low-fat versions of ingredients. If using low-fat ingredients, lessen the amount of sour cream so that it doesn't turn out runny.
