  • 3 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. hot skim milk
  • 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
