- 3 1/2 ounces nut flour
- 7/8 cup wheat flour
- 6 2/3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 5 13/16 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 7 tablespoons softened butter
- 6 tablespoons milk
Directions

1Mix the flour with the sugar and add the butter and milk.

2Knead until smooth and form a ball.

3Chill dough for 1 hour.

4Grease two large baking sheets and line with parchment paper.

5Preheat oven to 350°F.

6On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough.

7Cut the cookies with cookie cutters and place on prepared baking sheets.

8Bake until golden brown.

9Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before removing from baking sheets.
