- 2 each potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
- 3 medium garlic cloves pressed
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Fill the bottom of the steamer with 2 inches of water.

2While steam is building up in steamer, press garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes.

3Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes with skin on.

4Steam for 10 minutes.

5Mash potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and milk.
