  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
  • 1/2 tsp. Tony's Cajun Creole (salt free) seasoning
  • dash of black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 2 heaping tsp. Dannon plain nonfat yogurt

Directions

    Peel and dice potatoes; cook in water until soft.

    Drain well. Add all the ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth and serve.
