- 2 lb. red potatoes
- 3 tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- .67 c. whole milk
Directions

1In 3-quart saucepan, combine potatoes and water to cover; heat to boiling over high heat.

2Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

3Drain.

4Return potatoes to saucepan.

5With potato masher, coarsely mash potatoes with margarine and salt.

6Gradually add warm milk; continue to mash until almost smooth and well blended.
