- 2 head garlic
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degree F. Arrange garlic cut side up on a sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil.

2Season garlic with salt and pepper and wrap it in the foil.

3Roast garlic for about 1 hour, until very soft.
