  • 4 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 8 1/4 lb. mastacotti noodles
  • 1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (No. 10) can spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and onion; drain fat.

    Heat pasta sauce; put in sausage, onion and Parmesan cheese.

    Boil water; add pasta and cook until tender.

    Mix all together in large pan.

    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese on top.

    Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
