  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. Sprite
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Flour and brown steak in 1/4 cup oil.

    Drain then put back in pan.
  3. 3
    Mix all sauces together and pour sauces and Sprite over steak.
  4. 4
    Add other ingredients; cover and turn down to low; simmer about 30 minutes.

    Pour over cooked rice and serve with apple rings and parsley, if desired.

    Yields 6 servings.
