Ingredients
- 2 pounds Beef Or Pork Ribs
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cups Marmalade
- 2 whole Jalapenos
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Directions

1Rub: Combine brown sugar, chili powder, salt, and pepper and apply as a rub to the ribs before cooking.

2Sauce: Mince jalapenos and combine with the remaining ingredients (except ribs, obviously) in a saucepan on medium heat.

3Allow sauce to simmer for about 8 minutes so all ingredients are well mixed.

4Grill ribs on medium heat, about 2 hours for beef ribs and about 1 hour for pork ribs.

5Apply sauce to ribs every 15 minutes.

6Serve the rest of the sauce with the ribs!

7You can prepare the rub and sauce ahead of time.

8When we went camping, Matt had the ribs with the rub on them in one container and the sauce in another so that he could cook them at the site!
