Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) honey syrup (see note)
  • 1 tablespoon passion fruit puree
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) gin
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) sparkling lemonade, such as Lorina or San Pellegrino

Directions

    Combine everything but lemonade in a blender and blend for about 10 seconds.

    Add lemonade and 1 cup ice, preferably in small cubes.

    Blend for about 3 seconds.

    Pour contents into a goblet and add fresh ice to fill.

    Serve with a straw.
