  • 8 potatoes, boil in jackets until tender
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4-inch sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • buttered cornflake crumbs

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in margarine.

    Cool and slice potatoes. Mix together with chicken soup and mushroom soup.

    Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup cheese.

    Add celery and onion.
