- 4 c. water or soy milk
- 1 c. unbleached flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot
- 8 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Combine water or soy milk, flour and cornstarch or arrowroot in a saucepan and cook until thickened.

2Cool.

3In a blender, put lemon juice, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and oregano.

4Add all ingredients from the saucepan with those in blender.

5Mix well and chill.

6If you want to make mustard, add a little turmeric.
