  • 4 c. water or soy milk
  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot
  • 8 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Combine water or soy milk, flour and cornstarch or arrowroot in a saucepan and cook until thickened.

    Cool.

    In a blender, put lemon juice, onion powder, salt, garlic powder and oregano.

    Add all ingredients from the saucepan with those in blender.

    Mix well and chill.

    If you want to make mustard, add a little turmeric.
