- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups cold vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- sugar
Directions

1In a food processor whirl together the yolks, mustard, salt and lemon juice.

2Continuing to whirl, SLOWLY add in a THIN STREAM the cold oil, until you reach the consistancy you wish.

3Stop processor and taste, adding 1 t. sugar if you wish, and whirl to incorporate.

4This can also be done in a blender.

6Add to 1 cup mayo 3 T.

7or more grated or prepared horseradish for roast beef.

9whipped cranberry jelly and 1 T.
