  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well and pour into 2 prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
