  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can green beans or peas with liquid
  • 1 large onion

    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onions and dash of pepper.
