- ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- seasoned meat tenderizer
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix ground beef, meat tenderizer, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

2Roll into walnut-size balls.

3Brown in skillet on medium heat, covered.

4Drain fat and add water, ketchup and about 3 tablespoons brown sugar.

5Simmer about 30 minutes.

6(If sauce is too watery, add more ketchup.)
