  • 3 lb. Ground Shoulder
  • 1 lb. Hot Sausage
  • 3 Hard Rolls, soaked in water and squeezed out
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Onion, minced

Directions

    Mix well amd form into balls, marble sized for cocktails or larger for dinner.

    Fry in light oil, time depends on the size of the meatballs.

    They should be brown on the outside and just cooked through on the inside.

    Drain on paper towels.
