- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
Directions

1Mix thoroughly; shape into balls.

2Roll in flour and brown in small amount of oil in electric skillet.

3Place meat balls in kettle and add one 46-ounce can tomato or V-8 juice.

4Simmer until sauce thickens.

5Serve with mashed potatoes.
