Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce

Directions

    Mix meat with all ingredients except the chili sauce, brown sugar, cranberry sauce and lemon juice.

    Mix well and roll into golf size balls.

    Make a sauce from the mixture of chili sauce, cranberry sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.

    Place meat balls into a baking dish and pour sauce over meat balls.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
