- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In small skillet over medium heat, saute pepper and onion in butter or margarine 3 minutes.

2Set aside.

3In bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until wet.

4Combine onion and peppers.

5Form into 6 small oval shaped loaves, about 1 1/2-inches thick.

6Place in ungreased baking pan, about 2 inches apart.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.

8Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
