- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons strong coffee (or 1 Tbs instant coffee dissolved in 1 Tbs hot water)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 34 Splenda sugar substitute
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking dish.

3In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until black beans are very well blended.

4Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until edges begin to pull from sides of pan.

5Allow to cool before slicing.
