Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1 bottle water (I use chili sauce bottle)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 can cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. well-drained sauerkraut

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients together.

    Make into balls.

    (I use No. 24 dipper.)

    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix rest of ingredients together, then simmer on top of stove.

    Then pour over meat balls.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Do not cover while baking.
