  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. milk
