- 2 eggs
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients except oil.

2Form mixture into balls.

3Heat oil and brown meat balls in oil.

4Place meat balls into sauce and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
