  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. snipped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except oil.

    Form mixture into balls.

    Heat oil and brown meat balls in oil.

    Place meat balls into sauce and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
